Refund Policy

At our Car Wash service, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, professional cleaning experience for every vehicle we handle. Whether you’re coming in for a basic wash or a complete detailing service, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with a sparkling clean result. While we strive to exceed customer expectations, we understand that on rare occasions, an issue may arise that prompts a refund request. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.

Refunds for car wash services may be requested within 3 days of the service date. To be eligible, customers must provide details about the issue experienced, including the specific aspect of the service that was unsatisfactory (e.g., areas missed during washing, leftover stains, damage, etc.). We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle or ask for photographic evidence before issuing a refund.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically granted when it is clear that the service provided did not meet our advertised standards. If the car wash was completed as described and within the scope of the service level purchased, but the customer was unhappy for reasons unrelated to quality or performance, a refund may not be granted.

Non-Refundable Situations

If a vehicle sustains damage during the wash process, we take such incidents seriously. In these cases, a refund may be issued alongside additional resolution steps, such as repairs or coverage, depending on the circumstances. Claims for damage must be submitted within 24 hours of the service and before the vehicle has been driven further, to ensure an accurate assessment.

For prepaid packages or memberships, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, as long as no services have been redeemed. Once any part of a package or membership is used, refunds will be considered only in exceptional situations, such as service errors, mechanical problems with the wash, or system outages that prevented proper use.

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider. Store credits or service vouchers may be offered in lieu of refunds when applicable.

To prevent misunderstandings, we encourage all customers to confirm their chosen service level before proceeding with the wash. Our staff is available to explain package differences, offer recommendations, and address questions before the vehicle enters the wash bay.
