DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notification Process

We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and complying with all aspects of the DMCA. Upon receiving a legitimate DMCA notice, we will take action to either remove or restrict access to the identified material in a timely manner.

As part of the DMCA process, your notice may be forwarded, in its entirety, to the individual or entity accused of posting infringing content. This includes your name and contact information and allows them to consider a response.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the takedown was made in error or the result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This must include the following:

• Details of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before being taken down.
• Your full legal name, physical mailing address, email address, and a valid telephone number.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was incorrect.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court in your area, or in any applicable U.S. district if outside the country.
• A signed declaration—either electronically or in writing—verifying the accuracy of your claim.

Upon review and validation, and barring further legal action, the disputed content may be restored to our platform.
